Hey all LFFS crew, I know we’ve been away for a while, but I finally passed my GCSEs in English, I got a grade C, well a pass is a pass.
So you can now look forward to on a monthly basis all LFFS news and goings on and my unique take on the world of fitness and life and everything in between.
